Many items in our store which we call "In Stock" are available as "Special Orders." So, if you have a special request, we can oblige; however, "Special Orders" will require a deposit of 1/3 the price of the item with the balance due upon delivery.

What makes a "Special Order?"

The easiest way to say it is if our vendors will not allow an item to be returned, it is considered a "Special Order." If a particular ring comes in Size 6, but we order a size 8, we may not be able to return it. If you order a wedding band, and ask to have a date engraved inside the shank, we can no longer return it. These are examples of "Special Orders."
